You can make payment by using PayPal or your credit/debit card (a PayPal account is not required).
All orders placed will be dispatched within 10 working days of receiving order, with the exception that if you order a large panel this may take longer to complete. Items are often made to order, but items already in stock will be dispatched sooner. If you have any questions or queries regarding delivery please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery of your items will take between 3-5 days after being dispatched.
Free delivery or collection to nearby area (postcode regions GL11, GL12, GL13) otherwise we deliver using Royal Mail to the rest of the UK, postage calculated at checkout.
UK shipping costs are based on the size and number of items purchased:
- Tiny items (such as jewellery): 50p per item
- Small items (such as small suncatchers): £3.50 for one, plus £1 for each additional piece in the same order
- 3D items: £6 per item
- Large panels: £15 per item
Postage costs are to cover Royal Mail costs plus packaging and are subject to change at our discretion. The postage can be calculated before checkout by entering your postcode into the box in the basket page.
